Such kind-hearted people 💓 We arrived at the shelter after an incident with our cat, and they reached out to us and helped us without expecting anything in return. We are incredibly grateful, as is Simba. …

I loved my visit. Many of the staff were very helpful and gave excellent advice. Plus, with COVID-19, I had forgotten to pay for my dog's tag, and they took the time to call me to remind me to pay before forwarding it to the court. Personalized service. Thank you to the whole team.

A wonderful team, very attentive and with fantastic service. I didn't have to wait a week for a product they didn't have in stock. I'd been calling the other pet store for months and they never had it... At the shelter, I received outstanding service.
